Hmm; I alays prefer 'the third way' and I have two companion to my band :icon_lol:

There were 4 schools but that did not function well.
Not enough of people, not justified enough? Thus, 2 schools were removed recently.
The opening of a 3rd school, whereas we have just removed 2 of them is thus not possible, sorry !

And it has nothing to do with the democracy :icon_wink:

For the Third guild no pb, but actually i think it is not possible.... maybe later ?

Darkie have explain the pb.

I think we should wait and see if school-guilds war can be with 2 only.
I am not sure of that.

If we do the same error than in the past i don't want to engage my energie in this project......
