Hello everybody

I have new idea; to make a tournament with new borned polish league "GeneralsGuild". They are not so experienced players but all can be fun...
(I hope gaga will fight for us)
I expect for some answer about maps and rules. With me will be 5 players representing Poland.

So you decided to make a Polish league ? Sounds very good ! I hope it will work and that many people will join you !
I saw the main page but I can't read Polish, but if Darkcatt makes a translation of it I will visit you !

I ask myself why main part of homm 4 players seem to be French or Polish... do other countrys have leagues that we don't know or do they simply not know this passionnating game :icon_question:

It's a good idea ! Paco says : we can take the same rules of HLAC tournament (against russians).

To summary, 3 games 1vs1 and 1 game 2vs2 and one month to play.

our players interesting are:

2vs2 :alexasteph + m8mat (they like playing "power spot")

1vs1: aigle ?dent?, pierre3, lolox, commandant (4 players)

wich are your team ?!!

and propose 5 - 10 solo maps....

Ok I talked with all players from Polish side and we can start a tournament at 15 july

Here the official suggestions from our side:

Gagatek vs Lolox (Bankruptcy) 2 pts
Mat vs Commandant (Iron Man) 2 pts
R@@lly vs Pierre03 (After The Flood) 2 pts
Darkangel vs Aigle Edente (showdown) 2 pts

BrennusWhiskey+Gagatek vs Alexasteph+m8mat (Powerspot or Survivors) 3pts

There is 11 points to take so we cant have a draw.

All games must be played on equ ver. 3,51.
We will make a special hamachi network to play.
Time for turn 6 min (if players agreed 4)
Difficulty: expert (if players agreed advanced)
Every rules may changed only if all players agreed.
Time limit: end of august.
Uncorrect games= 0 pts or u send saves to our commission (responsable AC+responsables GeneralsGuild). If commission from both side agreed can decide about result of the match and points.

All above is only suggestion our league and must be accepted by your league...

when all is done, each player choose their definitive map

Sorry but 6 minutes is too short for 2vs2, 8 minutes are good.

I suggest simplest way
5 match 1vs1 for 1 point and we cancel 2vs2 match.

U suggest maps and who versus who will be play...

No, if you can't play 2vs2, then no tournament.

For 2vs2, 6 or 8 minutes, it's same thing. the turn are so long.

For me, 6 or 8 minutes, no importance.

I think that the beginning of the tournament doesn't change : july the 15th.

There are 23 points to get, so we still can't have a draw, but we wanted to give more importance to the 2vs2, and that's the compromise that I found.

The rest of rules doesn't change except for time limit in turns for the 1vs1 : 8 minutes (if players of a match want another limit and agree, they can change it)

Well we're two responsables here so we could put some rule like that:
- AC's players report to Generals Guild's responsable and GG's players report to AC's responsable.

- AC's players report to Ac's responsable and so on...

Here are the latest news from our forum and rules to add, if it's ok for all :

- All games must be played with the latest version of maps from AC's site (when maps will be definitely decided, Paco will make a folder or zip with all maps for the tournament. In the meantime, those who want to train can do it on maps at the usual link.)
- Players are free to choose their race.

There is also a point to clear : how will AC players meet GG players who aren't also members of AC ? Will they give us an msn adress ?

P.S : Could you tell us which map does Gagatek want to play with Lolox, so that he can train on it ?
