Generally you both are right but in such conditions we have no player for next round and with lose another point there will be very hard for equal challenge.

I left decision to MrCam.

Iam not only one judge, I think I need consultation with MrCam. I have other two ideas:

1)postpone this game (will be count as a game for second round) and start second round immediately.
2)set up result as a draw and start second round immediately.

Thats just my proposals.
