Create an all female rase? Or atleast a race where there are only female leaders or something. Beutifull women maybe with powerfull witches as the strongest? When are heroes5 going to be releast anyway? You should try to make something ekstra for the female players. Its a fantastic game! One of my favorits. Hope you consider your female fans in the making of Heroes 5.

I suggest to compile both Heroes 3 and 4 in such way that it would be accepted from all fans. I really enjoyed Heroes 4 - the graphic compared to Heroes 3 was to say exquisite. But what about the maps - there is no map generator! there are only 5 castles and not enough creatures! I don't like that and fans too... Really the game - Heroes 4 needed map ganerator, some way to SELL artifacts because of overloading and more reliable in playing hot seat games and multiplayer

With genies, they should be in lamps, like HOMM 2, but, when you get them, grant you 3 wishes, such as: + 1000 income for 3 days, +3 Luck or Morale, +3 creature growth for 1 week.

The graffics in the IV is very bad, and you cant see what everything is. And when you fight its very bad how they attack at the same time, and its hard to see what everything is. And you shouldnt be able to build every day, you should build every week, like in III! And its bad that you have to choose what type of creatur you get to build in every type of creature. You should have better graffics, better fighting, and its stupid that when you defend a castle when its attacked, some of the men stand on pillars! Last is that you can get too many abilities, because its almost impossible to get grand master in everything. And the game looks cartoony, which makes it look childish. At first Heroes1 was compared to antoher great game, Master of Magic, could this 5th opus take some great thinks from this hit, i mean creating your own artefact with effects you want, having spells to enchant your army so they can have effects all the time (fly, water walking, regenerate, protection ...), having the ability to create a town where you want.

Like many other people have said it would be nice to have some of the old creatures back again with at max 3 upgrades. I think as far as heroes special abilities go there should be 8 again but with the breakdown like there was in number 4. Proportion of size if possible when on the battle field would be good like kevin said I think it was. Some movement in the town scenes. Spells would be great being cast from a 3d aspect as would any actionb on the battlefield. Its easy saying this I know but it would be good.

The map must be a sphere(3D), with 3 levels underground, normal and air. Like real planet... And it will be really cool if it has more upgrades, not like heroes IV (it sucks), it`s to easy, because you can upgrade your town very easy, and creatures dont have upgrades... I have played all versions of heroes of Might an Magic - I; II; III - RoE,AB,SoD, WoG; IV - winds of war, gatering storm, and one i can`t remember the name... so please, try to do somthing about IV, because III is excellent... and IV is shit...

I think a player should be able to set up there play screen and play the music that they would like from a list provided. Also when playing with allies, one should be able to trade among eachother like in heroes 3. Finally if possible could someone send info on what is happening with heroes 5, if they are just taking suggestions or if they have already started work on it, and if so when they believe it might be ready to be sold, if they have a date yet.

Firstly, I'd like to see the upgrade-thinghy for the creatures again. Secondly, there need to be more creatures, more fortresses, more spells etc. in H5 for it to "last". You tend to get a bit bored with H4 after an hour or so, don't you? And how 'bout a creature editor? That would prod buttock, surely? And wouldn't it be wicked if one of the level 7 (or whatever) creatures was a magician of sorts? But most of all I'd like to see the alignments changed; like in H3's Rampart the creatues should 'go togenther'. Also; more 'adventure objects' would be fun - remember the old library? First of all thanks for making such an awesome game as Heroes 3!!!, I think you should focus on improving that concept.
First of all, what I think would make Heroes 5 feel more realistic would be the possibility of moving around with armies and units without a hero accompanying them. That was much what I lacked and reduced gameplay when I compared it to Age of Wonders where they had that feature.
It would make the game from a strategical point of view so much more complete, afterall it is a strategy game.
I don`t know if you already had planned this for Heroes 5, but if you haven`t, than by all means have a think about it :D

Please! Try to work with the same simple turnbased form as Heroes 2 and 3! Don't make it to complicated! The best with the game is the concept, like an old fashioned boardgame, turnbased. Do it like the 2 and 3. But with cruelier graphics, monsters and sceenery! Evil! Dark but at same time very clear graphics and not to small objects! Let us enjoy to see the monsters and other thing in a bigger scale, but with monstius details! More artifacts, so its difficult to recognise them after lots of playing! Lots of Dragons! Always the most mightiest creatures!!! Make the different towntypes be more even! The necromancers is to week in HMM 3 for example! GO BACK TO THE HMM 2 AND # CONCEPT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everybody. I completely agree with Michael observation. And would like to add some more: 1. Weekly creature generation – it raises my adrenalin last day and makes me to maybe risk more to gain some recourse to benefit from it. 2. Stick with 2D design – it is not Quake 3. Improve music diversity – only one song is boring. 4. Bring back paladin from HOMM 2 – he is so gorgeous. 5. Two – three upgrades are OK. 6. More creatures, dragons, towns… no explanations why. 7. BRING BACK HOMM 3 style – it really leads me to the fiction and legend. Sorry for bad English... not native guy.

The castels should have the possibility to be further upgraded (kind of a 3 level creature dwelling) this upgrade beeing very expensive, and giving the creatures further improved qualities. Of course this upgrade should be very expensive, dedicated to the player who have prefered races and cratures.

castles should be more like cities with far more stuff to build and upgrade (some special constructions and options may appear only by completing quests f.e. conquer or bribe a wizard conclave to improve your own)

The computer opponent AI should be improved. If you use the map editor and set up the difficulty to Impossible, and in addition, when you enter the game, you set the difficulty to impossible, it should be very difficult to win a random map. In heroes3 for instance, you could easily win a map, no matter the difficulty. Also, it would be interesting to have the possibility to set up computer opponent's behaviour to defensive/offensive/balanced. For instance, a defensive computer opponent, should not have his army divided into 8 heroes, for they would be of no use. Army management for the computer opponent should be a priority (in my opinia).

I know that many fans didn't like that the story windows in Heroes 4 were very very long but big deal! The stories were like fairy-tales, so nice, so good told with all details, creating an atmosphere, telling us about the heroes-the way they think, they feel. I think that this is the only way to tell big, interesting story as what the story in Heroes 5 has to be. I don't know about the others but I'm a person who plays a game mostly for the story and if it's stupid, poor, whit two words not interesting I just stop playing the game. I want to say one last thing to all who doesn't like Heroes 4- play the last two campaigns of Heroes 4, you'll see you'll like it not for something else but only for the story!

The only way we can have another good HMM game is to save the towns as they are in HMM2 and HMM3 do not touch them just add some new units and cities. The other thing is the engine of the game: HMM4's is horrible, the armies are so small I couldn't say if I had an Angel or a Devil. And the positions of the creatures in battle is very irritating.

The main things that I need to see in this game to truly enjoy it are caravans for the troups ,and random maps. Random maps are why I still play III. The resource generators like the mills being picked up automatically is really nice as well. The artwork that I've seen from V doesn't strike my interest ,too cartoony. If the playability and replayability is good than I can live with the bad art.

I've read that the hotseat for heroes V is being considered... I think it would be a horrible, horrible waste to leave that feature out of the game. There are very few hotseat computer games anymore, and it would be a real attribute to continue with this feature in the series. In fact, until I read it was being considered, I wouldn't have even dreamed that they would think of leaving it out.

Another suggestion: when the game starts, the chosen hero should have 7 days to chose WHERE to build the starting town. And remember: Our armies always have slots with 1 weak creature, don't remove the option that allows us to pass armies from hero to hero in just one click (improve gameplay, trading creatures from hero/town to hero/town costs a lot of time...)

This "type" could be in all of the categories. I would really love that we in the next game can specialize in different magic-, monster-, building and branches. I know that we can do that in homam4 also, in magic especially - but I want it to be more.
And maybe there could be buildings where you could assign different monster types to and some gold, so they could design/build war machines, items, ammo-types, potions etc.
How about making more mecernary forces, that cant be build in castles, that don't affect morale(or just a little).
And one GREAT thing would be to make the battlefiend much much bigger, so the tactics(The use of the above ideas) could decide the outcome of the battle.
The hero could also have a skill that decided his command range, so armies out of reach would only get 50% of the heroes attack and defense skill added. And then certain monsters could havethe ability to extend the command from the hero.

I think you should keep with the Heroes 3 theme. We don't need all the 3D junk. It just makes it more complicated. The basic heroes 3 was about strategy not looks. You should just make more expansions with new castles, heroes, monsters etc. expansion to heroes 3 was great, so make more. Heroes 5 should definitly have a hot seat multiplayer(an allies for two or more at one CPU)

Look at Heroes 2 (best part in my oppinion :D), its a quik fun game. I think Heroes 5 does not have to be very deep, try to presurve the gameplay. One more thing:
Diplomacy. It should be possible to, lets say, hand a castle or mine to an ally, send him troops, not only resources, ask AI to defend particular place (like important castle and it's surroundings).
Also, it would be good if player could trade (resources, artifacts, creatures) with others, allied and neutral fractions.
Just more, more and more economy, diplomacy, tactics and possibilities is welcome:)

1.Heroes should look the same as they are in battlle and on portrait!
2.You should remove some sily creatures like sea monster,wasports and mechanism units exept balista
3.You should add following units:goblin,catapult,giant spider,wights(form of stronger skeletons),fire demon,pegasus rider,wolf rider,knight,dragon(common one),red dragon,shaman,witch,shade,wraith,tree ents
4.Elves are more than neglected in heroes4 they look miserable.There should be elven infrantry,elven longbowmen,nymph,ents etc.
5.Siege on towns is done poorly,there should be high walls with ranged units on them in one word castle should look much more ipmressive.
6.Editor should allow to make new heroes, change their face,clothes,entirely.
7.Make more scenarios!There are so liitle in heroes4 (one XL map!!??).
8.I suggest these new spells:
electrical bolt lv2
earthquake lv4
entangle lv1
reflection shield lv3
8.Elementals should be the most strongest and unmatched and rearly encountered.They must look impressive and fearsome and have some special abilites and spells fire balls earthquake,ligthinigs etc.

About the magic i think that every nation has it own magic , like in h4, but there should be also one single magic for every race(there could be such spells like town portal ,teleport , or lighting) becouse on the biger map player without town portal usualy ends faster , and that could balance strenght in game for all race's.
all race's should have few skills unique only for their race.

1. Also I prefer more HoMM 3 style than that of 4. 4 had though great features but too few races/city types, too few creatures and too few dwellings in cities. Also, Not all, for example dungeons, would have to look same, or have same dwellings.. some dungeon would for example have lvl 3 creature type 1 and some others 2, depending also on their location, if in underground or on the surface. Here's one thought of improve :)
2. of different city types, at least one underground of drow type, how about? drows, spiders, some other such things, maybe duergars.
3. Just came to my mind that new thought.. maybe, as cities would grow, they would a bit affect to the atmosphere and landscape around them? :)
4. Maybe not so similar building queues in towns, for example, some necropolis would have a different means to get more gold per turn than a castle. also in some other buildings the differences could be bigger..
5. For sure, XXL maps :) and btw, should all the maps be shaped in square? Also, how about 3-4 different levels or planes? like.. somewhere there could be one in the air or mountains etc. and then underground naturally, also the normal surface.. or maybe in some cases 2 different undergrounds etc, or mountain-levels..

first, sorry if my english sux but its not my native languange... i hope u get the idea at least
i'm a big fan of HoMM serie, i spend many hours playing with friends... i think is one of the best strategy games ever made, but with HoMM4 they (New World Computing) screwd up...
* heroes fighting... nice idea, but like some ppl sayd (like the user "r") its TOO unfair to magicians, barbarians at high lvls can beat scores of 4th lvl creatures easily... and 100% magic resistance its too much!!! Heroes MUST to be balanced (not just magic users and barbarians)...
* there are too many random factors for a strategy game (especially on heroes skill at lvling & magics)... maybe your strategy is to use a kind of creature and a specific magic and u couldnt get it on your 5 town :(
* heroes specialization, on HoMM4 heroes are all the same... u just change their names :( (totally agree with Tim)
* 100% agree with "Dusan" on points 1-3, AI sux, diplomacy and trading within kingdoms are needed.
* i really like the idea of getting heroes from your creatures after battle, like proposed "Olav from DK" and "Sir coolfucker"
* Should be nice to be able to "research" magics paying and waiting some time to research them (how much days could be afected by magic lvl u r researching) with the benefit that u can "buy" as many as u want (of course it should be limited by resourses and TIME) and choose what kind of magic u get (direct damage, creature controling, etc)
* see artifacts that heroes are wearing
to many ppl here... dont compare Diablo with HoMM plz... i hate that... grrrr

My idea is that Heroes 5 should be more players choice of things in your castle's. For instace like taxes should be able to be chosen and your population of beasts in your castle should have a happines chart based on the amount of taxes, food dispersed, and etc. I would as well be more entertained during a battle that the battle ground shows the beasts fighting in the numbers in your army. The battle fields should be larger and more geomotry added like hill sides and creeks. Further more I would like the it if the heroes could have ways to boost their troops moral either than artifacts like wage increases or such. Another idea from my perspective would be for mini games in the game itself such as gambling games in town like poker or dice games. Or even bar fights between heroes if you want the game to have some stupid humor. I really was entranced with your last game Heroes IV and please continue making these games because they are one of a kind.

i have been playing heroes for many years, from my humbal openion i would like to make a few sergestions.I felt that heroe 3 was a great success.It was easy to understand and the game options was well design.In heroe 5 i think that the game style should be the same as heroe 3 but with more tribes.As you are alredy aware in heroe's each tribe strengh is not the same to make it more interesting. I felt that necromancie,castle and dungion were the three strongest tribes.The others are alot weaker than these three.The balance is not the same, other tribes should have the same strenght or they must have some spicality to counter attack other tribes.For example vampire lord is probally one of the strongest if not the strongest level 4 monster if played probally. The game desighner have build crusader to counter the strengh of V.L with dubble counter hit.This is great for the two tribes but tribes like fortress and barbarion is useless with no real participation in the game.Our group is a real heroe mad player and we feel that we want to help this heroe 5 to be the best game. we are not sure wheather this e-mail will be read or not if we were to recive a reply. i will feed you with all the information that i have. Hey 3DO,
the key to a ever-again playable game is balance and movement.
Balance is nearly perfect on "magi-the gathering", and movement on heroes3.
You should combine it with the stand-alone troops and the hero/commander feature AND make spells much more difficult to cast for non-magic heroes.
Furthermore create 5 elements-based heroes with high magic abilities and no movement ups(for defense), create 5 movement-based heroes with NO magic abilities, and 5 fighting-based heroes with half-movement and half casting ability(not more than 3level spells).
Make all heroes have weaknesses (i suggest two/each) and balance the heroes with their strongs and weaks.
At last add castles with minimum 15 creature each/not all avail.,and give them more mov.points than any heroes!!!

Heroes 4 was really, REALLY bad... The monsters where really ugly, and i hate it that every creature can walk for itself, and collect resourses. The hero shouldn't fight either, just use magic, I like the idea of the prisons and the choosing between 2 creatures is also cool. But plz, more castles, more creatures and my god plz make UPGRADES. At least 3 upgrades of the creatures plz!!! Just try to make Homm5 a bit like Homm3!

Please don't, don't, don't take the heroes
out of the battle line. They are heroes not cowards. Fighting heroes is one of the best improvements of HOMM IV.
It's great when a bunch of hot shot heroes rough up a huge number of creatures.

Please bring back the startup option you had in Heroes II(or maybe it was I) where you could chose difficulty and startup resources independently from each other. Many scenarios and campaigns are impossible to play at max diufficulty when you start with no resources. To be able to start with max resources and max difficulty not only made all scenarios playable at max difficulty but also make games at max difficulty see action faster.
I think it may have been that you chose computer player's skill and your own startup resources and then ended up with a total difficulty rating. Anyway it was great.

What about some way to play Heroes 5 while logged in/connected to your web page which records you score and the all time high score for all players. The game should still be run at the players computer but have a minor link with a program at your web page that checks that you don't cheat. Is that possible? I would love to try to get the high score in some scenario, and if it's impossible I'd like to know what strategy the player with the high score used.

I completely agree with Andreas (Swedish?) The smartness of the computer players and the amount of resources you start with should be separated. That was the best feature of Heroes 1 and can't understand why they stopped using it.
Another thing I really hope they will use in Heroes 5 is the Attack-Defense-Spell power-Knowledge-system from Heroes 1-3. I think that system is much better than the system used in Heroes 4.
That's my 2 main wishes.

ok... ok peeps i read every 1 of your suggettions... please the bleegoo omg what a terrible waist of a monster!!!!!!! second u should be able to customize a castle and your own monsters (like the bleegoo) third make a metal dragon... 350 hp 50-60 damage 16 attack 30 defence speed 5 no range yet it can cast the metal armor spell. forth dinosaur and water castle would literally suck fifth keep minotars and there block skill... it rules in heros 4 because they block many key attacks that could turn the tide of the battle sixth make a new monster the ice dragon 150 hp 20 atk 10 def speed 27 yes it can shoot its ice breath hitting any monster it has to go through and finally number seven make random events like monsters come out of no where and attack you especally in campaign mode

It will be interesting if the traditional HMM in which we come across with the fairy tale and mythological warior heroes and castles, will be followed by the second part of the game based on realistic and historical facts and events, where the castles and heroes of Romans, Frands, Germans, Vickings and others will be shown with their clotheng and weapons, retaining the same style as the traditionas game has. I still don't understand why you stopped using the graphics of heroes 3.
Heroes 4 is definatly worse to look at than Heroes 3.
Even the gameplay is worse at some points.
For example, the less upgradable creatues and the map-movement of creeps.
I would suggest that, in Heroes 5, you use the graphics of Heroes 3 (updated a bit ofcourse) and most of the gameplay of Heroes 4.
The combination of these points will surely make a great Heroes 5.

able to move around within your castle, and see your wepon that you have as an artifact in battle and you should be able to change your horse depending on the terrain. Certain levels to be able to get certain creatures. Be able to choose if your good or evil but have any base.

As I saw many creatures of the hell castle are very much alike, there is not enough deferrance between them.I am glad you have chosen to make the game 3D,and I still wish to understand if there is going to be a water castle, like Atlantis, with all the creatures I suggested in the CASTLE suggestions

1. keep the whole thing simple. that was the beauty of the series - anyone could play it.
2. don't make it 2 realistic - it is not diablo or anything like it.
3. keep the random map genearator and the movement hex grid - both are great.
4. don't make the engine (if u use 1) 2 powerfull, pepole need 2 play the game even on pentium 3 - this is not doom3.
5. make it so u can play in 2D or in 3D - the charm of the game was that it was 2D, so try and leave some of the 2D greatness there.
6. last, thank u for reviving this series, it was great once and it can be great again.

First of all, i have the feeling (as the majority of the most HOMM fans out there), that the game concept in Heroes 3 should be followed in HOMM 5. Please dont try to create more failed hybridic creratures (there should only be 4 types of summoned creatures, each one reflecting to the relative magic). The game is called "heroes of MIGHT and MAGIC", so there should be a balance between the use of magic and physical damage. It would also be interesting to include a different playing race, that dont conflict into battles, but aid other races, mostly in economy and trading(i.e in Warcraft).

I think there should be an editor for castles, monsters, heroes, and items. The editor also should have some music or something to entertain, i get bored makeing maps realy fast and i like makeing maps. Plus, I think the castles should hold more diffrent monster types(lv1-lv10). And in heroes 3, some castles were easy to win with than others(the elemental castle was the easiest because i get so many phenonixes, and barbarian castle was the easiest to get one of the strongest monsters, the behemoth(-80% enemies def.) Balance out the castles and monsters. Put limits on editors like that. And you should put a special neutral castle and be able to build mines.

The music theme in Death aligned town was so great in HOMM4...Nature and Life themes weren't bad either.. But no matter how good a song may be you'll still get tired of it when you are forced to listen to this over and over..Now to my suggestion: let game choose randomly between 3 music themes in certain town. I mean each town should have 3 individual songs from which a song is randomly chosen when player enters his/her town.. To me music is everything in a game like this..the deeper the better..

I mean 4 did the 3d quite well. 3 suggested 3d in 2d characters, looked ok, but not great. 4 was great, perhaps the heroes were quite tough, but if you're playing someone else who has a hero, then you could be in trouble. Perhaps make computers focus a bit more on upping THEIR heroes. All the monsters were great, don't do any of this mating crap, just keep it simple the way you've been going, upping graphics and gameplay, but not getting ridiculous. Great job guys! Keep it up!

Please let Heroes V be more like 3 than 4. Don't let the graphics prevail over gameplay, heroes 3 is much better looking and is almost as good in gameplay than the alltime best game Master of Magic. Please learn from Master of Magic which had everything, town construction à la Civilization, spells and combat à la HOMM. Making new settlements would be a great addition. Please keep turn-based gameplay and weekly renewal. Also please add more diplomacy options so you can interact with your pc opponents (again like Master of Magic).

I hope that some people from HoMM5 Team will take our suggestions seriously. I have many of them:
1.More towns(at least 10).for example town of:People(good),InfernalCreatures(evil),Undeads(evil),Sorcerers(evil),Magicians(good),Animals(good),Beasts(evil),Faeries(good),PrehistoricMonsters(evil),Elementals(good),Humanoids(evil)&something more.
2.More levels of monsters in each town (at least 10) with more upgrades (at least 2).
3.More neutral creatures (also some powerful dragons).
4.All creatures from HoMM2,3&4(I mean also these from expansion packs even unoficial like HoMM3:InTheWakeOfGods). Monsters like Gorynych,HellStead,ElementMessengers or Gods'Emissaries were great.
5.MONSTER EDITOR IS NECESSARY!!!(I don't mean script editor but sth like map&campaign editor,very simple to use)
6.I don't like more than one creature/level like in HoMM4. In HoMM3 it was much better.
7.Demolishing buildings in HoMM3WoG also was very good.
8.More artifacts and spells.
9.It was good in HoMM3WoG that monsters could get their own experience.
10.More skills for heroes and system of secondary skills should be like in 3, not in 4.
11.Hero can't fight. Go back to the idea of 1,2&3.
12.Music in HoMM3 was OK, but in HoMM4 also wasn't bad. But please give it in mp3 format like in HoMM3 not unreachable without playing like in HoMM4.
15.More money per day possible in town (at least 4000).
16.Creatures growth once per week.
17.Fortifications must be more upgradable.
18.Damaging moat(like in HoMM3:ShadowOfDeath).
19.Spell&artifact editor would be a nice thing.
20.More heroes with new specialities.
21.Heroes of the same class should differ a bit more than in HoMM4(only appearience&name). For example: different specialities and secondary skills like in HoMM3.
22.Bigger battlefield(e.g.17x15)and visible hex grid(like in2&3).It will make the game more tactic.
23.RANDOM MAP EDITOR just before the game is necessary (like in HoMM3:Armageddon'sBlade).
24.More alignments(at least 10).
25.Maybe some new resources like silver,iron,mithril etc.
AND FIRST OF ALL:
REMEMBER! THE SYSTEM OF CLASSIC HEROES OF MIGHT AND MAGIC (1,2&3) IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN EXCELLENT GRAPHICS. THIS ONE IN HOMM3 WAS GOOD ENOUGH!
I can write much more suggestions but I know that HoMM5 is almost ready and you can't change everything. I have written only the most important things and I also know that a lot of them I have written too late but please, MAKE AS MANY OF THEM AS YOU CAN! I think heroes 4 had some good ideas but changed way to much and that is why it sucked. Make heroes 5 much like heroes 3. I liked the idea that creatures had their own spell points and cast spells in heroes 4. I also thought that the skills and spells becoming as high as grandmaster level was another good idea. I did like heroes being a little more like creatures, but I think 3do went a little to far with that one. That is really it, other than that heroes 4 just absolutly sucks. PLEASE MAKE THE GAME MORE LIKE HEROES 3!!!!! Good Luck!

I suggest making a heros for the Nintendo DS (if Nintendo lets you) but the PC heros I think would still be cooler but a hand held heros like that would make long car trips better and with the Nintendo DS's wirerless conection you could play with others around you in multie player.You could use the touchscreen to select heros, towns, select were to move, buy creaters, and more. I also think that the heros need sepret magic groups is a good thing. It gives the heros from diffent towns their own advantege and I like the Heros 1-3 battle sences. Want to tell the people working on this, hmm got better and better progresively, focus on the HEROES aspect has increased from 3-4 by a large leap, and it was a great sucess in the opinion of myself and many others, focus on the heroes is crucial, perhaps a new aspect to them could be added, not sure what but im sure you can think of something! good luck

2.Second upgrade for the creatures is a great idea but i suggest that it will be enabled after you build the grail structure or sth.Or the grail may let you recruit a new more powerful monster/level 8/.

I do hope you guys know it WILL be in 3d. Now, I don't know if you guys know this, but the origional creator 3D0 sank like a rock, and now Ubisoft is picking it up. I have seen and read reviews, and the future looks very good for the heroes of might and magic games. For what I know, there are 3 fractions, the living, the dead, and the damned, or at least those are the only ones that you the person can use.

Overall the game is good but it would be better if you add a few more races and maps and add some artifacts and make the computers faster when it's their turn .When I'm playing Single Player and I love to play against alot of players I have to w8 for 4 min. untill it's my turn .Pls add an expangen to the game with my sugestions and oathers whitch you think is good to be added .

I thing most of HOMM players and me with them are sensing lack of "atmosphere" in HOMM5. The biggest problem which is destroying "atmosphere" is skins of the monsters. For example Necropolis Zombies and Skeletons who are looking like a toys or Imps from Inferno who are looking like a "Teletubis". In HOMM3 all monsters were looking SERIUS so world of HOMM3 had atmosphere. When serious-looking Archangel or Titan or Hydra is hitting something looking like monster caught from Mario all "atmosphere" is gone... Another problem is about music. Music in HOMM5 is good but Ubisoft should have done M O R E compositions (it is annoying when you hear two or three compositions all the time you play). It'll be really good if they create two types of Heroes in each town, enormous number of players are complaining about that it is only one in each town.
They SHOULD have done more types of towns and neutral monsters,I think ALL palyers want to have more towns but if Ubisoft will fix problems I have written about only 6 towns won't be a big problem but if they want create something legendary,better than HOMM3 they must develop not only graphics but "variety of things" in HOMM.
